How It Works

1. Start an order

Visit our Contact page and fill out the form or give us a call. We will generate a unique reference number and detailed shipping instructions(if in Northwest Arkansas, pick-up and delivery options are available). If you would like a quote before you ship contact us with the details of your project and we’ll email you back a quote.

2. Ship us your products

Pack up your products and ship them to our Northwest Arkansas studio. Try and select the best products you can, avoiding those with dings, dents, and scratches. Pack each item securely so they don’t get damaged in transit. Enclose your reference number so we can let you know as soon as your products arrive.

3. We photograph your products

When your products arrive in our studio we’ll contact you with arrival confirmation. Once we have your products on-hand, we will go over the details of your order and discuss with you any questions or concerns you may have before we start.

4. Instant online delivery

Once your photos are ready and meet our standards, we’ll email you a link where you can view and download them immediately.  If you’d like to make any changes or additions (additional charge may apply) let us know and we’ll make them before shipping your products back.

5. Item return

When the project is complete, we’ll carefully pack and ship your products back to you. Shipping fees can be included on your invoice or charged to your UPS or FedEx account.

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Pricing

Do you charge per-photo or per-product? We charge per-photo. This means if you have 2 separate products and you want 3 individual photos of each one, you will be charged for a total of 6 photos.

How much will it cost? The biggest factor in the overall cost of a project is the number of photos being ordered. Because it’s much more efficient to shoot one large project versus several smaller ones, our pricing model includes significant discounts as the size of your order increases.

How do I pay? Before starting your project we will send you a quote with a payment link which you can use to accept the quote and pay. We accept all major credit cards, checks, as well as Paypal.

2. Shipping

Do you ship my products back when you’re done? Yes of course! The cost of return shipping will be included on your invoice or you can provide your UPS or FedEx account number if you have one. Alternatively, we can donate your products to local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. Due to import and export regulations, return shipping is limited to US addresses.

I have a product that is very large. Can you shoot it? If you will be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. We can accommodate large products and our production studio features a roll-up warehouse door for shipments via freight*. Products larger than 3 feet on the longest side are subject to an additional charge relative to the size of the product.

* While we do have a roll-up door, we do not have a loading dock or fork lift. Ensure freight shipments are delivered via a truck equipped with a lift gate.

3. Process

Do I need to be located near Bentonville to be a client? You don’t need to be in Bentonville, or even in the United States, to work with us!  But if you are local, come on by and meet with us in person!

What if I would like an image to be re-shot? If we’ve made a mistake we will gladly re-shoot or edit the photos to make them right, no charge. Re-shoots for artistic or editorial reasons, or resulting from client error or omission will be quoted at the time of the change request.

4. Delivery

In what format are my photos delivered? Formats varies depending on the use of the photograph.  Web photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI jpeg using maximum quality settings measuring 3000×3000 pixels in size.  Any other photography will be delivered at the optimal size and format for the project.
